What information do we collect and why?

In addressing fraud prevention, we may disclose your address details to them to check against various Fraud Prevention Schemes
  2. Our Carriers. We pass along your information to our carriers so that they may deliver your order to you.
  3. Transaction Partners: We have a relationship with STRIPE, and will send information to them for payment processing if you select that option during Checkout.

 

What if you don’t want to be contacted?

There are several ways to let us know about how you’d like to be communicated with:

  • All emails contain information at the bottom of the email about how you can unsubscribe. Just follow the instructions.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We endeavour to dispatch all in-stock orders within 3-5 working days.  Should there be an unforeseen delay, we will contact you directly by email/phone to advise you of same. 

 

 What happens if I order the wrong product?

No problem, we want our customers to be happy with their purchases.  Simply return the product in its unopened original packaging within 14 days.  Once received, we will re-issue the correct product straight away (subject to stock) or refund you if you wish us to do so.  Please note that you will be charged applicable postage costs for replacement product.
